For non-subscribers to ARMLS, we offer the following options:
STANDARD SUBSCRIPTION
This subscription level allows access to the on-line analysis and charts. The subscription rates are:
- $300.00 annually
- $90.00 quarterly
FORUM MEMBERSHIP
This membership level is free and allows access to "The Cromford Forum"™, where you can join discussions or post questions about the real estate market. Access to this forum is open to everyone.
Immediate payment online is accepted through PayPal. Using PayPal you can pay with your credit card, bank account or PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal, but if you wish you can open an account immediately.
For the quarterly or annual subscriptions, recurring payments will be automatic until you ask PayPal to cancel your subscription.
If you do not wish to use PayPal, checks or money orders are acceptable forms of offline payment. Please send to Cromford Associates LLC, 2342 E Menlo Cir, Mesa AZ 85213. Your subscription will remain pending until the payment is received and you will be notified by email when the account has been activated.
